Rights, Ethics, and Voices in Dispute Resolution (REV-DR) was launched in 2025 at the UC Law SF 18th Annual AALS ADR Works-in-Progress Conference 2025, pitching “A Community-Wide Effort to Support Party Rights in Mediation.” The original presentation video is posted at the bottom of this website. This project aims to help dispute resolution parties understand when they may have experienced misconduct by offering them simplified “Bill of Rights” documents that explain core expectations of proper conduct from their mediators and other practitioners.
